Mark of Success

Mark of Success

Mark of Success M3627 (Revelation x Royal Manor Victory Pass) is considered to be one of the most outstanding Harness Ponies to hit the tanbark. He was bred by Lee Dunn and imported to Canada by George and Mildred Lewis of Kleinburg, Ontario. Skip Shenker trained Mark of Success to the title of World Champion Junior Harness Pony before he was transferred to be trained Larry Ella. Under Larry’s guidance he had outstanding wins at the Ontario Hackney Show, Eastern States Exposition and the Royal Winter Fair. After hanging around in Canada long enough to sire the now immortal Mark of Excellence, Mark of Success was sold to Mrs. Kenneth Wheeler. Under the guidance of Randy Harper he became a multi-World Grand Champion Harness Pony and had numerous wins including Devon, Lexington and the American Royal. He passed away at an early age however his legacy lives on. (Inducted March 2006)
