Stonehedge Carrousel
(M3685), possibly
the most spectacular Hackney Horse to ever grace the show rings. Year
after year Carrie won the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair awaking the generally
conservative Royal spectators, bringing on loudest cheers. He was retired
in 1999 by his owner/trainer/driver Dennis Alderman. Carrie always
gave his all - giving the spectator something to cheer about - and always
leaving goosebumps. His sire was Centurion and his dam was Dufferin
Rosie O'Grady, and was bred by Jack Ward and broke by Heather Miller.
